D665 Series Servo-Proportional Valve Products

Valve Construction:

The D665 Series is a three stage flow control proportional valve with a D631 Mechanical Feedback Flow Control Pilot Stage. An LVDT is attached to powerstage spool to provide spool position feedback. An internal loop is closed around the spool position.

The High Response version is a D661 High Response ServoJet?Flow Control Proportional Valve as the Pilot Stage. An LVDT is attached to powerstage spool to provide spool position feedback. An internal loop is closed around the spool position. Spool ends are stubshafted.
